Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will give you complete command over your e-mail accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-use interface, you can create a brand new e-mail account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can redirect e-mails from one email box to another, create email filters, create auto-reply messages and defend your e-mailbox accounts against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email accounts against spam mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable electronic mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming mails based on specific criteria set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and choose the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other email mailboxes. Simply select the electronic mail account you wish to redirect email messages from, then choose the target e-mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your choice to access your email boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
